OUR PRICES

All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% with the exception of our children's clothing & shoes which are exempt from VAT. If you are an EU customer you can select the Euro instead from the drop down list on our home page.

All prices are as accurate as possible, every effort has been taken to ensure no mistakes have been made, if however we find any inaccuracies on the site we reserve the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice.

Our sale items & special offers are only valid for a specified time. MOLLIE & FRED reserve the right to alter these prices &/or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order simply select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on Add to Shopping Bag, once you have finished browsing the site you can then proceed to our secure checkout area.

If you have registered your details with us previously you will be asked to log-in, if not you can create an account or if you’d prefer you can use our quick order facility enabling you to make a purchase without having to register with us.

We accept all of the following payment types...Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you an automated email confirming your order reference number & also a brief summary of the items ordered. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@mollieandfred.co.uk. Before emailing us please check your junk folder as some providers may have blocked our email entering your inbox – to avoid this happening again please mark our message as safe. We would ask that you check the details on this email carefully & let us know if anything is incorrect so we can make the appropriate changes before your order is dispatched.

Please note our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The order between MOLLIE & FRED & you the customer will is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated & the order has been dispatched. All orders are accepted at the owners discretion.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We have worked hard to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels to meet demand however, sometimes an item does prove more popular than we anticipated. As a result some items on our site may be from time to time out of stock. We do not take orders on out of stock items however you can request to be emailed when an item that you are interested in comes back into stock. This can be done really easily on the relevant product pages.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. Orders under 2kg are generally sent using Royal Mai. All orders over 2kg are send via one of our nominated courier companies. 

ALL orders over £50 are sent FREE of charge!!

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If after this point your order still hasn’t been received please contact us & we will track down the parcel. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any other of our designated courier companies.

A signature may be required with some of our shipping methods. Please therefore where possible use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

GIFT VOUCHERS

 If you cannot decide what gift to buy a loved one or friend, we also sell gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can be sent electronically, or if you’d prefer we can send one of our beautiful professionally printed paper vouchers, free of charge, via Royal Mail. Gift Vouchers are avaliable in denominations of £5, £10, £25 & £50.

 Our Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

GIFT WRAP

Where possible (size permitting) we wrap all our orders in fuchsia pink tissue paper. If however your order is for someone special we do offer a Gift Wrapping service for an additional £1.50. This option can be added during the checkout process.

PACKAGING POLICY

Wherever possible we do try & re-use all our cardboard boxes. From time to time it may be necessary to wrap fragile items in Bubble wrap however we do try to keep its use to a minimum.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
