We currently only dispatch orders to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. On the run up to Christmas due to the volume of orders being placed on a daily basis it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like. All orders however will be sent out a maximum of 3 working days after they are placed.
Orders under 1.5kg are generally sent using Royal Mail. All orders over 1.5kg will be sent via one of our nominated courier companies.

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If after this point your order still hasn’t been received please contact us & we will track down the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any other of our designated courier companies.
A signature may be required with some of our delivery methods. Therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
