Delivery & Returns

UK DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. On the run up to Christmas due to the volume of orders being placed on a daily basis it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like. All orders however will be sent out a maximum of 3 working days after they are placed.

All orders are sent using either Royal Mail First Class or our nominated courier Interlink Express.

Optional service for orders under £49.99. Delivery guaranteed next day after receipt of dispatch notification email. Orders must be received by 1pm. Orders delivered Mon-Fri only, we are unable to guarantee delivery on a Saturday. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Signature required.  A text or email notification will be sent on the day of delivery. £6.95
 FREE Delivery  All orders over £49.99 are entitled to free delivery by Royal Mail or our nominated courier  

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if you order still hasn't been received please contact us & we will endeavour to track down your parcel.

A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place. There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements.  We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safeplace'. 

Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 1pm and upon delivery they will require a signature, please therefore ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All International Orders are sent via a fully trackable service, via Royal Mail International Tracked (Old Airsure Service) or DPD. A signature will be required, therefore please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

We currently ship to the following EU countries only. We are hoping to expand upon this list of countries over the next 6 months, but until such time we apologies for any inconvenience caused if your country is currently unavailable. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to BFPO addresses.

All delivery charges are based on the weight of the parcel which will be calculated and highlighted prior to checkout.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If your order still hasn't been received please contact us. This delivery time frame is an estimate and delivery could take longer, depending on local postal services and customs.

99% of our gifts and homeware can be shipped internationally but unfortunately there are some products that sadly cannot due to size limitations and fragility.
 

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We really hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from MOLLIE & FRED, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.

Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Code to include within your return. Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received. 

Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, including the original delivery charge of £3.95 - providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer. If you made the original order using the next day delivery service, we’ll refund the standard delivery charge of £3.95 only. 

Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.

We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued. 

In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of.  If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item. 

*International Orders Only - we can only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are unable to send out replacements.
