What payment types can I use to pay for my order?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop with us, therefore we accept all of the following payment types...Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta.
Is it safe to shop online at MOLLIE & FRED?
Absolutely…for your peace of mind we have taken every possible step to ensure our site is safe and secure. We use the latest cutting-edge data encryption software, fraud detection tools and other advanced techniques to improve our security.

Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address other than my billing address?
Not a problem, you are able to amend the delivery address during the checkout process. To make things a little easier you can also store up to 5 different addresses in your personal address book.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. Orders are sent using Royal Mail or one of our nominated courier companies. Upon receipt of our Order Confirmation email we recommend you allow 5 working days for delivery, in the unlikely event your order still hasn’t been received after this time please contact info@mollieandfred.co.uk or call us on 01305 236323 & we will look into it for you.
Will I need to sign for my delivery when it arrives?
A signature may be required with some of our delivery services so we do recommend that somebody is at the delivery address who can sign for your order. If this is not possible & no one is home you may receive a card through your letter box asking you to collect the package from your local Royal Mail sorting office or one asking you to call our nominated courier company to re-arrange delivery when someone will be home to sign for it.
Do you have a shop anywhere in the UK?
Not at the present time, Mollie & Fred is purely an Online Boutique website. We are however hoping to open a shop in the future so watch this space!
What do I do if I have forgotten my login password?
In My Account if you click Forgot your Password, you will need to re-enter your registered email address and we'll send you an email message containing your new password.
Am I able to cancel or amend an order once I’ve placed it?
We really hope you won’t want to cancel your order with us but in the unlikely event that you do, please email us at info@mollieandfred.co.uk. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched we will be able to cancel it for you, if it has already left you will need to arrange for the item to be returned in line with our Returns Policy which can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
How do I return an unwanted item?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 14-day returns policy. We are unable to refund the cost incurred for returning the order to us unless the item has been received faulty or damaged. If you do wish to return your order please send an email to info@mollieandfred.co.uk quoting your order reference number in the subject box so we can send you a Returns Form or alternatively please call us on 01305 236323.
I have signed up to your newsletter; will you pass my details on to other companies?
Please be assured we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Do the prices online include VAT?
Yes all our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20 %.
