On rare occasions delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with Royal Mail and our other couriers. Mollie & Fred will work with these couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. Please also note that the above times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Please also allow for delays during busier festive periods where delivery times could be much longer.
In an unlikely occasion that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email or ring you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.
A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place.
There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safeplace'.
Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 3:30pm Mon- Fri for Royal Mail/ Evri, 1pm Mon - Fri for DPD.
