UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We really hope you will be delighted with your purchase from MOLLIE & FRED, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.
