We dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day.
All orders are sent using either Royal Mail or our nominated courier UPS
Please allow for delays during busier festive periods where delivery times could be much longer.
A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place.
There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safeplace'.
