All orders are dispatched quickly and are delivered by our trusted partners Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. At the checkout you will be given a delivery price and delivery options based on your postcode as per below.
On rare occasions delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with Royal Mail and our other couriers. Mollie & Fred will work with these couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. In an unlikely occasion that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email or ring you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.
A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place.
There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements.
