A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place.
There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safeplace'.
Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 1pm.
International Deliveries All International Orders are sent using a fully trackable service, via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL. A signature could be required, therefore please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. All delivery charges are available to view at checkout stage. Delivery charges are per order so you can order as many items as you wish for the one delivery charge.

99% of our gifts and homeware can be shipped internationally but unfortunately there are some products that sadly cannot due to size limitations and fragility.

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We really hope you will be delighted with your purchase from MOLLIE & FRED, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
When returning any goods please include a copy of your invoice or note detailing your order details and send this inside the securely wrapped parcel, this way we can refund you accordingly.
Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer. We can process a full refund as we offer free delivery, but if upgraded and you are returning for any other reason but defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation we are not obliged to process a full refund for this postage.
Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.
We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and you will receive an email to confirm the refund has been issued.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of. If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
*International Orders Only - we can sometimes only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are sometimes unable to send out replacements. Please get in touch with us about this for further information.
