A pretty natural set of 12 assorted sized speckles eggs with twine hangers so you can hang these decorations straight onto the branches of your Easter tree! These would be a great addition to your tree alongside your traditional Easter decorations.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day, orders received after this point will be sent out the next working day. On the run up to Christmas due to the volume of orders being placed on a daily basis it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like but we keep you informed.
All orders are sent using either Royal Mail or our nominated couriers DPD and PARCELFORCE.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if you order still hasn't been received please contact us & we will endeavour to track down your parcel.
A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place. There is an order notes box during the checkout process to leave a 'Safeplace' if you know you are not going to be home to accept the delivery. Please ensure this 'Safeplace' is however safe, secure and there is adequate protection from the elements. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have been requested to be left in a 'Safeplace'.
Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 1pm and upon delivery they will require a signature, please therefore ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
All International Orders are sent via a fully trackable service, via Royal Mail International Tracked, GLS or DPD. A signature will be required, therefore please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
We currently ship to the following EU countries only. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to BFPO addresses.
All delivery charges are available to view at checkout stage. Delivery charges are per order so you can order as many items as you wish for the one delivery charge.
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If your order still hasn't been received please contact us. This delivery time frame is an estimate and delivery could take longer, depending on local postal services and customs.
UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We really hope you will be delighted with your purchase from MOLLIE & FRED, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.
Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Code to include within your return. Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.
We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of. If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
*International Orders Only - we can only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are unable to send out replacements.
